Fred Calmets is a self-taught artist born in 1976. He lives and works in Poitiers, France. From the beginning he practiced making graffiti with spraying aerosols on walls. He has participated in numerous collective workshops and worked with galleries since 2005. In 2009 Fred decided to dedicate himself to painting. The “women painting” collection expresses the female beauty with its both sides – it is severe and delicate at the same time.
