Jack Sawbridge – Geometric Experiments
Jack Sawbridge is a sculptor and architect from London, UK. He studied Architecture at the University of Nottingham, where he started to develop his geometric experiments by setting functional musical strings against wooden armatures. Since graduating from University in 2011, Jack has continued incorporating new mediums into his working methods including illumination and blow moulded glass. He attached the musical strings to the blow moulded glass vessels and tuned by adjusting the level of water inside the glass, which created the modifiable sound-box.
