Laura Bifano’s Salient Paintings
Laura Bifano is a traditional artist born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. Educated at the Alberta College of Art and Design, Laura has worked as a concept artist, storyboard artist and editorial illustrator. Her paintings range from being impulsive and light-hearted to macabre and slightly alarming. All the characters she creates exist in their own world, which is accessible yet distant. She is inspired by music, science fiction novels, nature and the people she is surrounded with. Laura Bifano’s favourite materials are watercolour, acrylics and gouache.
