“The Employment” is a short animation directed by Santiago “Bou” Grasso. He is an illustrator, animator and comic book artist born on March 11, 1979 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He obtained a “Designer in Visual Communication” degree at the National University of La Plata. Santiago participated in many animation festivals and received more than 80 international awards. “El Empleo” (The Employment) is about an anonymous man, performing his usual trip to work, immersed in a world where the utilization of people as objects is an everyday thing.
