Tracy Melton is a full time artist based in Knoxville, TN. He attended the Columbus College of Art in Columbus, Ohio. He is strongly inspired by objects found in nature, wet river rocks, wildflowers, the insides of trees, the Grand Canyon in winter, wide open spaces or these amazing tree rings. So Tracy’s work is an expression of what he sees while hiking and camping in the Appalachian Mountains. Everything is based on how nature develops, grows, dies and is born again.
