Nadia Maria is a Brazilian photographer living in Bauru, São Paulo. She became interested in photography when she was around 7 or 8 years old, taking pictures of her dolls. Camera and films have always been her favorite childhood toys. At the age of 18 Nadia studied photography at Senac, Brazil. Since then her skills and experiences in this field have been going on. Maria’s photographs have a great emotional value. Most of her works are inspired by the images that come into her head before sleep. They are feelings and thoughts that overflow when the day ends. “As I’ve never been very good at writing, photography is the diary of my thoughts and feelings,” she says.
